For the quarter, the Company posted a net profit of $152 million, or $.95 per diluted share. These results compare to a net profit of $47 million, or $.33 per diluted share, achieved in the year-ago quarter. Revenues for the quarter were $1.7 billion, up eight percent from the year-ago quarter, and gross margins were 28.2 percent, up from 22.4 percent in the prior year. International sales accounted for 47 percent of the quarter's revenues. The current quarter's results included a $29 million after-tax gain from the sale of 2.9 million shares of ARM Holdings plc.
