VST Technologies Offers iMac Owners USB Floppy Drive

1.44MB Drive With Apple Universal Serial Bus Interface Available For Under $100

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- VST Technologies, Inc.,
peripheral specialists for both mobile and desktop users, today
announced immediate availability of the VST iMac(r) USB Floppy Drive,
an external 1.44MB drive designed exclusively for use with any
Universal Serial Bus (USB) equipped Macintosh.

The announcement came today during MacWorld Expo in San Francisco.

"Removable storage is a continual need among computer users worldwide
to exchange data and information. By adding the VST USB Floppy Drive,
iMac owners can use widely accepted 1.44MB diskettes for their
storage needs," said Vince Fedele, chairman and founder of VST

The VST iMac USB Floppy Drive supports the MacOS standard floppy
drive formats, including MacOS, DOS and ProDOS. The VST drive began
shipping January 1 and is available now from most major distributors,
resellers and catalog mail houses, as well as directly from the

The VST iMac USB Floppy Drive carries a suggested retail price of $99.95.
