The Scenario League offers advice to aspiring designers from some of the best scenario authors on the internet. Here you will find our design tips covering everything from how to edit unit graphics to dealing with the bugs in Fantastic Worlds. We are also very pleased to host some of the files recovered from the Civilization II Artificer's Guild by permission of the author. Recently there have been several guidelines added regarding scenario development for 'Civilization II - Test of Time'.

The Scenario League is always 'on the lookout' for good ideas and better techniques in terms of scenario and modpack development. Already you will find a healthy range of guidelines - from extensive and broad-ranging pointers to succinct and effective 'one-off' additions. If you've recently come across a good idea, or think the 'community' would benefit from your own scenario development expertise - share it! Likewise, if you would like to see some specific aspects of scenario development addressed in this Design Tips section, please raise it in our forum or contact The League.
