Palace vIRC Info
The Universal Pokemon Network's Pokemon Palace is what many would call a vIRC, or a Virtual [Visual] IRC. In the palace you can literally roam around the Pokemon world. Rooms are based on the Red & Blue Gameboy game maps.
While in the palace you can walk around the Pokemon World. Talk to other users and even talk to some of the NPCs. On your journey you can collect all 8 badges and eventually make your way up to the Indigo Plateau.
In addition there is something called a Palace Event! We can run events such as the "Pika Power", a Pokemon trivia game and "Who's that Pokemon!", the famous guessing game. "Pika Power" is every Wednesday at 8:00 PM and "Who's that Pokemon!" is on Sunday at 8:00 PM [All times on this site are Eastern Standard Time]. Perhaps you'll even be invited on stage! Palace Downloads The Palace vIRC Client. You MUST have this application to visit the UPNetwork palace. If you try to visit it on the web you will not be able to. This link will bring you to a page with download options. After you have downloaded the palace client there, you can follow the links to register an account. The UPNetwork's Palace Files. This is a zip file of all the images from the palace. If you download the images right here and now you can visit the palace without having to take time out to download each image individualy, plus it relieves much stress on the server. Please download this file now and extract it to your palace media directory [C:\Palace\media]. This zip should automatically extract all files to their correct folders. If it does not, extract all images to [C:\Palace\media\PoKΘMoNP\Pictures] and extract all other files to [C:\Palace\media\PoKΘMoNP\Sounds]. |

cant exactly be classified as a form, since it is a chat, and a chat matches up with the
BBS which is a form, I think this plave best suits it. In order to visit the UPNetwork
Palace you must first have The Palace vIRC client. You can download it free by clicking on
the download link at the bottom of this page, the link will bring you to a page that has
the downloads and a place to register an account. Once you have installed the palace
client you can visit our palace at 
In the
Palace you have what is called an "avatar", that is you. You can place props
over your avatar to change your look, a prop is basically a stage costume. If you can make
an image you can make a prop, perhaps you want your avatar to look like Mewtwo or even
Ash, you can do so. You can also exchange props with other palace users, the perfect way
to customize your online personality.
Also
exclusive to the UPNetwork palace is it's interactive Battle Arena. Inside the arena
script usage is turned ON. Using a script you can "attack" other users Pokemon
by drawing them across the Palace screen. A note of warning though, scripts often tend to
use much of your computers resources and abusing these powers and flooding the server may
crash your computer. If you want more information about live action scripts you can ask
many of the people who are currently at the UPNetwork's Pokemon palace.
