That's very simple to answer. McDonald's simply doesn't care about the relationship between you and your boyfriend.Is he in a union? The chances are that he isn't and this is what happens when employees aren't organized. McDonald's, like many other multinationals depend
on young, unorganized labor to maximize profits.Your lovelife with your boyfriend is irrelevant to management.
