great place to work

I am a crew trainer at McDonalds. I've been there for three years. I agree, sometimes it can be annoying to be woken up at five a.m to come to work at 5.15am, but this only happens when someone is sick and can't work their shift. It isn't the managers fault the person is sick. You can't blame McDonalds for this, it happens at alot of work places . The McDonalds I work at is a great place to work and the managers do care. You have to put yourself in their place instead of being selfish. Just get another job somewhere else.

• McDonalds is only as good as its employees
