rap sessions don't work

in my experience as a crew person... rap sessions don't work...lead to victimisation and as for the regualrity of them...well in my year and a half there we have had one ...it was not anon. and you had to dob in managers to other managers who obviously stick togather.

i think the original writer is correct in saying McDonalds is disorganised in their rostering because they are always trying to save a buck..when there are easier ways.
they over work people and break the law -often people do not get meal breaks for 8 hour shifts etc.
and if anyone joined a union they would be fired but for some petty reason.
