: Most Mcd's managers are incompetent morons. They never schedule enough people in their never ending effort to make the owner that extra $1000 a year. They constanlty call people in, they don't care what time of day it is. I've been sleeping in on Saturday morning, thinking I had to work at maybe 12:00 or 1:00 and they phone me at 7:00, asking if I can be there by 8:00. They don't give a crap if they woke up me and my whole family. : Another thing is if that you know you're never going to be able to leave at the time you're scheduled to...they always ask you to go get stock up..get ice...do a sweep. They're also full of crap with that junk they feed you when you start....about school being more important than Mcd's. On my availibililty I said that during the school year I only wanted three shifts, they gave my five. I told them again and again, but the managers are stupid idiots. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR SCHOOL. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY
OK, then, why don't you try looking for a job that will be compatible with your
schedule? Check Burger King or other fast food places, supermarkets, movie theaters, whatnot. Whining about it on this board is not helping your cause.
Also, I read (and replied to) your post about pocketing the money at the drive-thru. If you want to kiss your fucking future goodbye (and live at an EXCLUSIVE residence which features steel bar decore!!!), then keep pulling your shit!!!
