I work for McDonald's Belgium as a crew member and here is my expirience. At our store there is a woman and she has a boyfriend who works at a large factory. Sometimes here boyfriend has to work a whole week and as a compensation the next week is vacation. Well, it happened that she had to work 5 or 6 days at the week that her boyfriend was home. She was feeling bad because of that and she explained the situation to our manager. But the rosters were already made. But the manager heard that the she was very sad. Spontaniosly the manager changed the shedule so that she could spend more time that week with here boyfriend.
McDonald's doesn't care about there crew-members????????? I don't think so. Surtenly not at McDonald's Belgium!!!
