After purchase, how long will it take to receive an email from Apple regarding next steps?

It may take up to 24 hours from purchase for you to receive this email.

What happens after I submit my enrollment?

Apple will review your enrollment and conduct identity verification activities. Once your enrollment has passed through identity verification, you will be directed to accept the legal terms associated with the Program. Once these terms are accepted you will be directed through the purchase process.

How can I check the status of my Program enrollment?

You can check the status of your Program enrollment at any time by logging into the Member Center.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Methods of payment vary by country. Available payment methods may be viewed upon checkout.

If I enroll as an Individual in the Standard program can I use someone else’s credit card to purchase the Program?

The billing information provided for the purchase must exactly match the Program enrollment information. If this information does not match your enrollment will be delayed and you will be asked to provide a notarized copy of a government issued identification.

What happens after I purchase?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, Apple will send you an email advising you of next steps to access your iPhone Developer Program member benefits and services.

Once I become an iPhone Developer Program Member, how do I access my membership benefits?

Once you become an iPhone Developer Program Member, you will be able to access your membership benefits in the Member Center.

I completed my purchase but haven't yet received an email from Apple advising of next steps. What should I do?

It may take up to 24 hours from purchase for you to receive this email. If it has been more than 24 hours, Please contact us.

My organization is tax exempt. How do I join the iPhone Developer Program without having to pay tax?

If your organization has already been qualified by Apple as being tax exempt, please complete your purchase using the Apple ID associated with that account and be sure to check the tax exempt box when completing the purchase process.

I received an activation code email, but I’m receiving an error message when I try to redeem my activation code. What should I do?
