Garbage Cleaner

Many programs create and store temporary information in the registry or in files, while the application is in use. These entries are not deleted when the program is closed. Some programs collect also information about user habits like Microsoft Office.
The SECRETMAKER Garbage Cleaner finds and deletes such entries.

The Garbage Cleaner may be initialized using the "Garbage Cleaner" Button.

Garbage Cleaner performs a deep scan of registry and hard drive. As such, we strongly recommend that you make a backup before using Garbage Cleaner.
Using the Garbage Cleaner might also cause losing some Custom settings. The Cleaner removes, restores setting to know standards, and some alternations might be regarded as unwanted.

To initialize Garbage Cleaner, click the button shown on the right side.

Garbage Cleaner will search your entire computer hard drive, locating unnecessary files and deleting them automatically. A summary of the task will be shown in the deleted file log.

This task can be rather time consuming and we highly recommend that you do not interrupt the process.

Running Garbage Cleaner once, every month or two, is adequate to maintain your system.

Some programs, which have not been fully installed, request the original CD's to reconfigure the user afterwards. This is normal and nothing to worry about.

Advanced user can refer to the Advanced ClearProg Parameters to modify delete options, Plug-Ins, delete method and other option to optimize there needs. With the Advanced ClearProg Parameters it is possible to create own user depended settings or Plug-Ins to delete/modify almost every parameter/entry. Little technical knowledge is necessary.

Hotkey Shift+Ctrl+X starts immediate execution from all Cleaner dependent from their settings except Garbage Cleaner.

Hotkey Ctrl+Alt+X starts immediate execution from all Cleaner independent from their settings including the Garbage Cleaner.
