Verify Turned-Off Apple Wireless Keyboard
Can't tell if you've turned off your Apple Wireless Keyboard to prevent it from waking up an iOS device or running down its batteries? Tap the Caps Lock key, and if it illuminates, the keyboard is on; otherwise not.

Help Translate TidBITS
Help Translate TidBITS -- We'd like to congratulate Heike Kurtz, who coordinates the volunteers who translate TidBITS into German each week, on the birth of her son, Martin. The German translation has been ably coordinated by Hartmut Greiser in Heike's absence, but now that she's back, she's hoping to increase the size of the German translation team. If you're interested in helping to make TidBITS available to the German-speaking world, check out the German Web page below for a description of what's involved and how to get started. Other translations are looking for more volunteers as well, so if you'd like to help translate TidBITS into Chinese, Dutch, French, or Japanese, check out the links below. If you're interested in translating TidBITS into other languages, contact me at <ace@tidbits.com> and we'll see if we can put together the necessary translation team. [ACE]
