ChronoSync Secret Menubar Shortcut
For a quick way to run a ChronoSync document without opening it, use the ChronoSync menu in the menubar. Select "Show ChronoSync menu in menubar" in ChronoSync's General Preferences window to activate the menu bar menu. Once activated, you'll see the ChronoSync circling arrows icon in the menu bar, at the top right of your screen.
You can open any scheduled ChronoSync document directly from the menu bar. If you hold down the Option key while selecting a ChronoSync document, the synchronization will run immediately without the ChronoSync document opening.

Apple Discloses, Limits .Mac Bandwidth Transfers
Apple Discloses, Limits .Mac Bandwidth Transfers -- Apple's .Mac service has played it coy for years about how much bandwidth transfer (bytes to and from your Web pages and other parts of your account) are included with your annual $100 fee. I've asked Apple directly about it before and some folks have tested it, and it appears to be... well, it varies based on velocity of downloads, kind of material, etc.
No more. Now the bandwidth limits are officially 3 GB per month with a regular subscription and 9 GB a month if you pay the extra $50 per year for a full 1 GB of online storage. [GF]
