Stolowogorski National Park

The symbol of the Park is a typical form of an table (island) mountain.

The Stolowogorski National Park (National Park of Table Mountains) was established on January 1, 1994. Its total area is 6,280 ha. It covers the characteristic mountain formation located in the south-western part of the Klodzko Valley. The landscape of the park was shaped into forms of inanimate nature, associated with the geological structure, forest complexes and the local fauna, that are unique in Poland. The Table Mountains are a great tourist attraction due to the interesting rock formations, seldom to be found elsewhere in Poland. Most interesting are, for example, rock and landscape reservations of Szczeliniec Wielki and Szczeliniec Maly, as well as Bledne Skaly (Rocks Errant), making up a fantastic rock labyrinth formed in a sandstone slab. There are several tourist trails and a didactic path running through the park.
