IO-Link MasterInstallation Overview

You can use the IO-Link Master 4-EIP User Guide for detailed installation and configuration procedures. The following provides an installation and configuration overview for the IO-Link Master.

  1. Install the IO-Link Master hardware.

    1. If appropriate for your environment, set the Rotary Switch

    2. Mount the IO-Link Master

    3. Connect to the network

    4. Connect the power

  2. If necessary, configure the IP address using the IO-Link Master web interface or PortVision DX.

  3. Configure the port characteristics.

  4. Connect the IO-Link devices.
