FolderGlance updated for Mac OS X 10.6 ("Snow Leopard")
Yellow Lemon Software has updated FolderGlance (http://www.scsc.no/products/folderglance/) -- a tool for browsing your files and digging into folders via the Finder's contextual menu -- to version 2.5. The upgrade is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 ("Snow Leopard"). FolderGlance is a l utility for browsing files and folders directly from the Finder's contextual menus on Mac OS X. Files can be opened or previewed directly from within the contextual menu brought up in the Finder. Any selected files or folders can also be moved, copied or made aliases of in any sub-folders browsed to by the user. FolderGlance also supports control-free popups, which makes it possible to open the contextual menu in any application without the need for holding down the control-key or using the right mouse button. New iPhone case purportedly reduces cell phone radiation by 60%
Pong Research (http://www.pongresearch.com), a new research-driven company developing technologies to improve environmental health, has introduced the US$59.95 Pong iPhone Case, a protective case that reduces users' exposure to radiation from the phone's antenna. It's a silicone skin containing a proprietary technology module that redirects cell phone radiation away from the user's head, according to Dr. Alfred Wong, chief scientist of Pong Research. The Pong iPhone case is the first product proven by FCC-certified laboratories to reduce cell phone radiation. The case reduces the specific absorption rate (SAR, a mobile industry standard of measurement) by 60% and reduces intense "hotspot"' cell phone radiation (Electric Field Intensity) by 85%, says Wong. The Pong iPhone case is immediately available for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. A BlackBerry model will be available later this year, with models for other devices to follow.

Sandvox update ready for Snow Leopard
Karelia Software has updated Sandvox (http://www.karelia.com/download/sandvox.html), their web creation software for Mac OS X, to version 1.6.4. The upgrade is ready for Mac OS X 10.6 ("Snow Leopard"). It also responds to a recent change in Amazon's API, and has been localized to Brazilian Portuguese. Sandvox features drag-and-drop website assembly, live editing without a preview mode, 50 designs, 11 page types, and nineteen different pagelets. LANrev ready for Snow Leopard
LANrev LP (http://www.lanrev.com) has updated LANrev, the systems lifecycle management suite for Mac OS X and Windows, has been updated to version 5.12. The upgrade adds Mac OS X 10.6 ("Snow Leopard") compatibility. It also also tracks Mac OS X 10.6 for asset inventory, and remotely manages the new operating system to save time from having to visit each machine. LANrev's OS deployment shortens the time to upgrade multiple machines to Snow Leopard and minimizes end-user interruption during the migration process, according ot Martin Bestmann, founder and chief technical officer of LANrev. It automates the OS deployment to liberate the IT staff from the labor-intensive process. Yasu 2.6.4 released for Snow Leopard compatibility
Jim Mitchell has released version 2.6.4 of his Mac OS X maintenance utility, Yasu (http://jimmitchelldesign.com/projects/yasu/) for Mac OS X 10.4 and higher. The upgrade is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 ("Snow Leopard"). Version 2.6.4 also updates the system cache removal and other routines for Snow Leopard compatibility. Additionally, there are other code optimizations for better performance on older machines. Default Folder X beefs up support for Snow Leopard

They're workflow engineered to automate file migration to and from the EditShare shared storage solutions.
