The Mitsubishi
Monitor Test Program is a tool with two exceptional performance characteristics.
On
the one hand it helps you to form your own opinion about the quality
of the monitor, on the other hand it helps you to adjust the monitor.

detailed below, you will be able to analyse the displayed test pictures. |
Win
95 and Win NT
The
Mitsubishi Monitor Test Program starts automatically after putting the
CD into the drive, but you can also start it from the CD by entering the
Explorer and selecting MMT.BAT from the register.
The
Mitsubishi Monitor Test Program starts automatically from the CD. If you
want to start the test from a hard disk, simply copy the following
files as described below:

Copy
the subdirectory MMT to the hard disk. |

Now
you can start the program from the subdirectory MMT of the hard disk by
entering MMT.BAT.

Unix
You can start the program from the subdirectory MMT by entering MMT.SH. The Mitsubishi Monitor Test application requires a Java Runtime Version JRE 1.1.5 / JDK 1.1.5 or later.
MAC
The Mitsubishi Monitor Test application requires MacOS 8.0 or later and MacOS Runtime for Java 2.0.
MacOS Runtime for Java is part of MacOS 8.1 and will be installed automatically with the system software. If Mitsubishi Monitor Test does not run correctly, make sure that Macintosh Runtime for Java (MRJ) 2.0 or later is installed.
To install Macintosh Runtime for Java, launch the "MRJ 2.0" disk image in the "Mitsubishi Monitor Test folder". The image will be mounted on your desktop as a virtual volume named "Mac OS Runtime for Java". Launch the "Installer" to install MRJ 2.0.
Note:
To display the test pattern as a full scan image, you should close the
toolbar. To do this click the Start button, then choose Settings / Taskbar.
Now you have to switch off 'Always on top'.
Note:
Before you start testing, the monitor must be degaussed (Press the Degauss button) and and must have been in operation for at least 30 minutes. |
