and world-wide marketing of software development environments in line with
market trends. The marketing of our products outside German speaking
countries is co-ordinated in conjunction with local marketing partners and
distributors.
Maintenance / servicing
To guarantee the effective
use of our products, we provide comprehensive maintenance and servicing
packages. We are always available to the customer to rectify faults, advise, provide information and ensure regular product updates. To cover these services outside the German-speaking countries, we work closely with local marketing partners and service suppliers.
Training
We offer our customers
proven training modules and/or customer-specific training sessions. We
devise individual training schedules according to requirements. This comprises
training in the areas of OO technologies and trends as well as product and programming
languages. These training sessions can be conducted at Object International
or on the customer's premises, whichever is preferred.
Advice
It is important to us
to offer our customers competent and comprehensive advice and to provide
them with the best possible support in the implementation of their projects.
Therefore, we are always available to offer qualified advice in
all matters relating to technology, strategy, implementation and project
