Or go to my ftp site ftp://luna.bearnet.com/pub/lynda/. It can be loaded into the Photoshop Swatch palette by following these steps:

Step 1: Choose Windows, Palettes, Show Swatches. Using the upper right arrow, choose Load Swatches from the pull-down menu.

Step 2: Use the eyedropper tool to select colors from this palette.
