The demise of Amiga Alley
It appears that Colin Thompson's long-running Amiga website, "Amiga Alley" is gone. Killed, in effect, by a Massachusetts Institute of Technology threat of a lawsuit to punish Colin for naming his column "The Almost-Daily Fishwrap". It seems that MIT owns a trademark on the name "Fishwrap" and doesn't like Amigas. As a fellow Amiga website, we shall mourn the passing of this great news page. You can find details in the link above thanks to Amiga News Central and Amiga Update.
