Cookies can be monitored with the new cookies manager. Using the cookies manager you can see what cookies are stored on your system, and remove the ones you don't want - keep in mind that some cookies don't expire or have expiration dates way in the future, so they may remain on your system for a long time if you don't remove them!

The cookies manager will tell you what website (domain) the cookie came from, the date it expires, and the contents of the cookie. Generally the contents of cookies are numbers or cryptic words which enable the host (server) machine to retrieve your details from its database.
