YDL 2.0 TO DEBUT AT MACINTOSH BUSINESS EXPO, PORTLAND OREGON

Loveland, CO -- 1 May 2001 -- Terra Soft Solutions, Inc., the leading
developer of Linux solutions for PowerPC(tm) microprocessors, to attend the
Macintosh Business Expo with the first public presentation of the much
anticipated Yellow Dog Linux 2.0.

Kai Staats, co-founder and CEO of Terra Soft will showcase a near complete
YDL 2.0 beta, Booth #12, from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. From 3:00 pm through
5:00 pm Staats will host a forum concerning the most recent advances of
Linux for PowerPC computers. Bring your enthusiasm and questions for an
interactive, educational forum.

"The timing could not be better. As this week completes a successful and
rewarding reseller road tour, I will have in my hands the latest YDL 2.0
beta representing more than a year of development effort by our dedicated,
determined, and very tired staff," states Staats.

The Macintosh Business Expo, now in its ninth year, is one of the very best
