Workamajig releases revamped CRM module, more

Workamajig (http://www.Workamajig.com), an integrated software for ad
agencies and others in the creative and design industries, has
released version 10.0.2.7 of its self-titled software, with a
revamped CRM module, and improvements for Mac OS X 10.5.7
("Leopard"). Also included are the links to the Strata Media Buying
software's Interactive module, which was released back in April.

The revamped CRM module is currently being rolled out in phases
across the 20,000-plus user-base, which among other enhancements
allows clients to arrange their leads and contacts in a variety of
lists for direct mail and email marketing efforts, says Ron Ause,
Workamajig's director of marketing.

With the Strata interface, users enter their Interactive plan into
the Strata media buying software, and Workamajig's interface sends
the information over as insertion orders in Workamajig's integrated
software. References to projects, tasks, etc. are all taken care of
with one entry into the Strata system, so that billing and paying for
interactive buys is now completely automated.

This release continues to build on the major foundation upgrade that
Workamajig made to its Ad Agency management software last year,
addressing interface improvements. As always with Creative Manager's
products, no installation or conversion are necessary, and all
updates are at no cost to the over 20,000 users of Workamajig. All
client log-ins and vendor logins are always free. All updates are
deployed using Workamajig's own Auto-Updater, which allows them to
deploy updates to all hosted sites, and to clients' servers at any
time.
