Mac-focused help-desk software adds iCal compatibility to v6.4 and Apple
Computer to its client list

FREMONT, CA, August 20, 2003 - MacsDesign Studio today released an update
to its highly successful Web Help Desk technical support software. Designed
for education and enterprise customers, version 6.4 introduces iCal
integration, which allows for scheduling and viewing problem ticket work
and due dates.

providing platform and database independence and scalability with built-in
clustering support, while delivering a uniquely simple, intuitive and
attractive user interface. Supported platforms include Mac OS X, Windows
2000, Linux, and Solaris 8.

This extremely popular web-based help desk solution is currently being used
by a variety of commercial, educational and governmental organizations such
as Apple Computer, The Washington Times, GEAR for Sports, Columbia
