Verbatim introduces new speaker keyboard, two new mice

Verbatim (http://www.verbatim.com/index.cfm) has added a new speaker
keyboard and two new mice to its Mac accessory line. The new
TuneBoard Speaker Keyboard integrates with iTunes for controlling
music playback.

It includes multimedia keys for muting, volume adjustment, play,
pause, previous track and next track control. Two hot keys let you
switch the enhanced bass on and off and switch on the backlit
luminescence to improve key visibility and to set the mood. Equipped
with a built-in mini-microphone, headphone and mic connection, the
Verbatim TuneBoard is fully compatible with Skype and other VOIP
software.

Verbatim's new Bluetooth Notebook Laser Mouse and Desktop Wireless
Laser Mouse include Mac software. The new mice also incorporate laser
technology with "super-precise" tracking for smoother cursor movement
on a variety of surfaces. And they have a laser sensor that can be
switched to up to 1,600 dpi (dots per inch).

Both models also offer tilt wheel navigation for four-way scrolling
and a three-setting speed control that lets users select the cursor
speed that matches their activity. With intelligent power management,
both mice also conserve battery power.

The Bluetooth Notebook Laser Mouse has a metallic ice blue finish. It
eliminates the need for an USB receiver. In addition to
multi-sensitivity switching, the Bluetooth mouse provides a
programmable scroll button. The Verbatim Bluetooth Notebook Laser
Mouse comes with a software CD, two AA batteries and a Quick Start
Guide.

Verbatim Desktop Wireless Laser Mice have silver as the base color
and are colored to complement Mac systems. This model has a smooth
contoured shape, textured comfort grip for right or left-hand use and
a 2.4Ghz connection. The wireless mouse also offers multi-sensitivity
switching, a programmable scroll button and one-click access to key
functions with three programmable buttons. The complete package
includes the mouse, a receiver, a software CD, two AA batteries and a
Quick Start Guide.

Verbatim's new TuneBoard Speaker Keyboard, Bluetooth Notebook Laser
Mouse and Desktop Wireless Laser Mouse are available through leading
retailers, Internet resellers and the Apple Store for use with Mac OS
10.4.X and higher systems. The street prices are US$70 for the
TuneBoard, $40 for the Bluetooth Notebook Mouse and $30 for the
Wireless Desktop Mouse.
