Thursby Software Releases Upgrade for ADmitMac for CAC

ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- May 23, 2008 -- Thursby Software Systems, Inc. (Thursby
Software) released v2.0 of ADmitMac for CAC (AFC). AFC securely integrates
U.S. Department of Defense Common Access Cards (CAC) with Apple Macintosh
computers.

Using the advanced Active Directory technology of Thursby Software's
commercial ADmitMac product, AFC provides a unique Macintosh solution for
securing Macintosh computers without requiring a local password. AFC uses a
single sign-on environment to Windows domains, verifying a CAC against a
centralized network authority. It further validates that neither the card
nor the privileges granted the user have been revoked. Using ADmitMac for
CAC replaces the use of passwords with CAC/PIN security using Kerberos
PKINIT.

Version 2.0 adds an improved deployment utility, enhanced support for
Microsoft's DFS, and formal support for Apple's Leopard (v10.5) operating
system. The new release includes the ability to configure Kerberos ticket
options such as expiration and renewal time, graphical interfaces for
configuring Workgroup Manager support and automatic volume mounting, and
adds Microsoft Exchange/Entourage support without the use of passwords.

ADmitMac for CAC has previously received DoD JITC Certification.

This update is available free of charge for customers with active support
agreements or those who purchased ADmitMac for CAC after March 1, 2008.
