The new utility recovers music files accidentally erased from iPod's or

privacy software, today announced the immediate availability of PodSalvage
version 2.0. PodSalvage is an easy to use application that has been
designed to recover music files that have been deleted intentionally or
accidentally from your iPod, MP3 player, hard disk and most other types of
storage.
"The latest MP3 Players such as the iPod are very rugged. However, the
contents of your MP3 Player can still be erased accidentally." States Ben

PodSalvage can currently recover MP3 and M4A/M4P (iTunes AAC), AIFF and WAV
files. Although created specifically for iPods, PodSalvage also works with
most brands of MP3 players and hard disks. It is device and file system
