today announced the release of SMTP Deux Professional v1.1.0 for Macintosh
and Windows. SMTP Deux is a 4th Dimension component which provides a
complete implementation of the SMTP protocol. SMTP Deux works on top of the
commercial TCP Deux 4D component, available from Deep Sky Technologies, Inc.
SMTP Deux Professional is the source code version of the internationally
popular SMTP Deux 4D component. By licensing SMTP Deux Pro, the actual
source code for the SMTP Deux component is made available to the
licensee/developer.
SMTP Deux Professional is geared towards companies that want to leverage
their access to source for all of their systems. It provides the ultimate
in protection for using 4th Dimension components available from Deep Sky
Tech., Inc. By licensing SMTP Deux Pro, a company has full access to the
source code used for every release of the SMTP Deux component.
SMTP Deux Professional is also ideal for 4D programmers looking to expand
their expertise in the 4D language. The concepts and organizational
structure of the SMTP Deux Professional source code is a wonderful learning
tool for expanding the development skills on any 4th Dimension programmer.

Licensing Provisions
SMTP Deux Professional is licensed on a per application basis. Source code
for the SMTP Deux component is provided for use in a single 4th Dimension
based application. To use any or all of the SMTP Deux Pro code in
additional 4D based applications, additional SMTP Deux Pro licenses are
required.
Licenses for SMTP Deux Professional extend for a single year. All versions
of SMTP Deux Pro made available over the effective year of the license
agreement are made available to the licensee. The release of new versions
of SMTP Deux Professional coorespond directly with new releases of the BASh
component.
Renewing existing SMTP Deux Professional licenses are available at
approximately 50% the cost of the initial license. Both initial licensing
and renewal licensing for SMTP Deux Professional can be purchased directly
