Runtime Revolution today announced the availability of Revolution 2.2 for
Linux and most major Unix platforms. This latest release of the award
winning software development environment provides a whole host of new
features. Revolution is the user-centric development tool for users of all
abilities. With Revolution developers can write software for Linux, Unix,
Macintosh and Windows. In addition to Linux and Unix Revolution 2.2 is
currently available for Macintosh and Windows.

Revolution 2.2 offers enhancements for users on every major platform including:

-New standalone application builder
-Improvements to the database linked controls
-Additions to the Transcript programming language
-Enhanced performance and stability for the engine and development environment
-Plus a range of new features for applications running on Mac OS X and Windows
