Professional version includes profiler to highlight performance issues

AUSTIN, Texas, USA (July 8, 2008) -- REAL Software, maker of REALbasic, a
cross-platform development environment for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux
developers, will ship REALbasic 2008 Release 3 beginning today. This
release adds the new Attributes language feature, an update to the project
analyzer to include warnings of deprecated functionality and other code
issues, and an integrated profiler that allows programmers to track down
performance issues within their applications quickly without any additional
coding.

President and CEO of REAL Software. " As an object-oriented language
serving multiple platforms, REALbasic is extremely powerful, yet easy to
use. With each quarterly update we strive to provide new capabilities, like
the profiler, that will further boost productivity and enhance our
community's ability to compete."

Also included will be the ability to add types within classes and several
improvements to the recently added introspection functionality. There are
numerous fixes and improvements included that were suggested by the user
community and internal QA staff members.
