pdf-Office by UNIVERSE Software, Germany, primarily focuses on user
who want to create forms from scratch. Now the solution also provides
some features to use preprinted paper forms. In daily business there
are still many preprinted paper forms available, user want to fill
out electronically in order to edit and save content later again.

Therefore you need a tool that allows to fill in these form fields

pdf-Office will help fill out any paper form easily and quickly. It
is a very simple process to import paper form as a background image,
add form fields and print, fax or save the filled in pdf to your hard
drive. A great new way of filling forms with pdf-Office is that you
can print every layer separately. So you can directly print in your
original paper form. Now you will be able to fill out form on your
computer instead of using a typewriter and print form field input
directly to preprinted or blank paper forms
