PACE Anti-Piracy Releases InterLok 5.4 for Macintosh -- Intel Native and
Universal Binaries Supported

Extensive copy protection and license management toolset for software is
fully compatible with Intel and PowerPC based Macintosh computers

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- May 12, 2006 -- PACE Anti-Piracy Inc., a leader in
the development and licensing of anti-piracy systems for software
publishers, has released version 5.4 of InterLok for Macintosh. This
version works seamlessly with all Apple supported versions of the Mac OS
and is the first version to include support for protection of Intel-native
and Universal binaries. Authoring protected software for the Mac and
activating customers could not be simpler for software publishers.

InterLok can be used for pure software copy protection or hardware based
copy protection using the optional iLok USB Smart key and related web site
www.iLok.com. The iLok.com user services website is also fully OS X Tiger
compatible.

"The development of this new InterLok version has followed a 20 year
tradition of commitment to maximum security, advanced features, and
ease-of-use," said Allen Cronce, President and founder of PACE Anti-Piracy,
"InterLok 5.4 for Macintosh raises the bar of software security for our
customers while addressing their needs to take advantage of the latest
technology from Apple."

InterLok 5.4 is the next-generation tool set for distributing and selling
software in a flexible, cost-effective, and highly secure manner. The
scalability of InterLok makes it a timely solution for software publishers
and distributors who are simultaneously challenged by increasing
peer-to-peer software sharing and decreasing development budgets. InterLok
enables publishers to protect their software by wrapping an application in
minutes with no source code changes or through the use of PACE's
comprehensive application programming interfaces.

InterLok 5.4 continues to support the same range of software licensing
features as previous InterLok versions: automated wrapping, easy
integration into existing build systems, trialware and buy-before-you-try
functionality, metering, software rental, remote feature/module control,
iLok USB smart key support, web-based user registration, and automatic
delivery of authorization via the Internet.

Features and Benefits

* High Performance: Support for Intel-native binaries means that protected
software can take full advantage of Apple's Intel-based systems.

* Developer Convenience: Full support for one-click, wrapper protection of
Universal, Intel, and PowerPC executables.

* Modern Tools Support: Comprehensive support and examples for Xcode and
gcc based projects.
