ONSET COMPUTER CORPORATION UNVEILS NEW MAC-BASED DATA LOGGERS

BOURNE, MA, and SAN FRANCISCO, CA, January 10, 2006 - Onset Computer
Corporation, a leading supplier of Macintosh-based data loggers, today
unveiled at Macworld Expo two new low-cost, Mac-based data loggers.

The new HOBO Pendant Loggers, which are roughly half the size of an iPod
Shuffle, record temperature, or temperature and light intensity, in a wide
range of indoor, outdoor and underwater environments.

The HOBO Pendant Temp model provides high and low LED alarms if
temperatures go beyond set thresholds; the HOBO Pendant Temp/Light model
combines temperature and light intensity monitoring capabilities.

Example HOBO Pendant applications include tracking temperature and light
conditions in office spaces, wine cellar monitoring, and recording
underwater temperature and light.

Both HOBO Pendant models offer high-speed data offload to Mac computers via
a convenient optical USB interface, and Mac-based HOBOware software makes
it easy and fast to view and print time-stamped graphs of temperature and
