ODBC Router adds iODBC support

LAS VEGAS, NV: August Software today announced that its Open Database
Connectivity (ODBC) Router has added support for the open source iODBC
driver manager bundled with Mac OS X 10.2 and available from the company's
website as a free download for older versions of Mac OS X and Classic Mac
OS. With today's delivery, ODBC Router becomes the first middleware that
provides iODBC support along with traditional ODBC support for all versions
of FileMakerPro 4.1 through 6.0, Excel and traditional Mac applications.

Available now from www.ODBCRouter.com, ODBC Router enables applications and
web servers such as FileMakerPro and Apache on Mac OS X, Classic Mac OS,
Windows, Darwin and Linux to utilize mainframe, UNIX and Windows databases
by way of standard Windows ODBC drivers running on an NT/2K server.
Pricing for ODBC Router starts at US$99 with substantial discounts for
public education and health services.
