TRAQtix V 1.1 allows for easy time and project tracking in a multi-platform
environment

Red Rock Software announces TRAQtix V1.1 for Windows and MacOS servers

Salt Lake City, Utah, August 25, 1998 -- With its latest release, TRAQtix
is the only internet-based time and project tracking solution on the market
that runs on both Windows and MacOS servers with cross-platform file
compatibility. This significantly improves deployment flexibility for
project management groups working in a multi-platfrom environments.
Additionally, Red Rock Software has added a number of new product features
such as customized invoicing within TRAQtix's reporting function as well as
time-browsing and editing features within its integrated cross-platform
desktop based timer.

"We are very satisfied with TRAQtix and we use it as a very helpful Project
Management tool in our multi-platform company. Nothing [is] better than to
have Unix, Macs and Windows machines share the same database like we can
with TRAQtix," says Marco Tosi of I.COM, an internet and communications
services company based in Milano, Italy.

Version 1.1 of TRAQtix from Red Rock Software offers a truly cross-platform
time and project tracking solution, where the Windows and MacOS servers
provide full cross-platform file compatibility. This enables project
managers to switch easily and efficiently from a MacOS server to a Windows
server by simply copying the existing data files from one server to the
next. Therefore, project managers will not lose existing project data or go
through a timely data conversion process as they would have for other time
and project management solutions that are currently on the market.

Among the new features in TRAQtix V 1.1 is the new invoicing report, which
is ideal for smaller companies. TRAQtix now allows for quick customized
invoice generation that can be printed directly from a web browser. The
invoice can be formatted with company's logo and payment terms.

The capabilities of the Java-based desktop timer released with TRAQtix V1.1
go beyond that of a simple "stopwatch" for time spent on specific project
tasks. New time entry browsing and editing functions allow users to make
necessary changes before submitting time entries to TRAQtix's central
data-bases.

TRAQtix is an internet-centric, multi-platform, time and project tracking
solution that facilitates real-time project tracking for professional
service companies and distributed work groups. Current users include
software developers, graphic designers and R&D departments. The product's
intuitive user interface allows for remote and platform independent time
entry with any currently available internet browser. TRAQtix, based on year
2000 compliant technologies such as FileMaker and Java, is developed and
supported by Red Rock Software Inc..

TRAQtix is priced at $399 for up to 5 users and $20 for each additional
user. Further product information, a complete on-line demo as well as a
30-day product trial can be found on the internet at http://www.traqtix.com.
