Terran Interactive to market breakthrough
digital video color and effects solution

September 1, 1998- San Francisco Seybold Conference- Unveiling the future
of digital video color editing and effects capabilities, Terran Interactive
announced its agreement to market a ground-breaking color enhancement
application for digital video developed by Delta E. The solution, code
named VideoPrism*, is a QuickTime 3 effects filter that enables
videographers to apply both color correction and effects to their clips. To
be first available for the Mac OS, VideoPrism is due to ship 4Q '98 with an
estimated street price of $159.

VideoPrism allows users to give video clips any desired color "look" or
"effect," or to correct color or lighting problems within existing clips.
Users can customize settings or use any of numerous presets. Results are
available immediately in the product's full-motion preview- an industry
first- that enables developers to quickly adjust source footage for bad
lighting or incorrect gels, and/or add special effects. Additionally,
VideoPrism's color replacement feature provides a fast and effective way to
change the color of the sky or turn all reds to gray.

"We're impressed with Delta E's technology as it lays the groundwork for a
whole new level of functionality," said Dana LoPiccolo-Giles, president of
Terran Interactive. "It changes the game in color manipulation for digital
video."

"Only Terran can sort out the complex interrelationships of color effects,
final rendering, and compression, then simplify the user interface and
deliver the package efficiently to the professional user community," said
Steve Schaffran, general manager of Delta E.
