H-PLATFORM FROM RADWARE INCREASES
SPEED 250% SETTING NEW INDUSTRY STANDARD IN LOAD BALANCING SOLUTIONS
AND GLOBAL FAIL OVER

Now Small to Medium size ISP's and Enterprises Can Afford Quick
Bullet-Proof Internet/Intranet firewall and cache Sites - RADWARE
Announces No Product Price Increases for New Performance Standard

Mahwah, New Jersey, April 5, 1999 --- The best just got better today
when RADWARE unveiled the new H-Platform upgrade for its award
winning IP Load Balancing family of products. The H-Platform uses the
Intel i960Hd 75Mhz chip for the CPU's in all RADWARE load balancing
products. RADWARE products are designed to load balance all IP
traffic including cache, proxy and firewall traffic. With the H chip
RADWARE is increasing the speed 250% over the former i960c CPU
platform but not the price. Now ISP's and Enterprises can choose the
industry leader to protect their mission critical applications at a
highly affordable price.

"The H-Platform is designed to meet the increasing demands of ISP's
and high volume commercial sites" stated Doron Meirom, president of
RADWARE. "It provides increased local and global load balancing
performance while retaining the full IP Load Balancing feature set
that our customers have come to depend on." RADWARE Load Balancers
provide, scalability, optimization, fault tolerance and automatic
failover and recovery to any IP Internet/Intranet/firewall or cache
device farm.

With the H-Platform, applications like web, mail, database, cache,
proxy and firewall farms can be easily managed and scaled to meet the
needs of rapidly increasing and demanding on-line traffic. With
competition increasing on the Internet every day, and web traffic
doubling every 100 days, downtime could be fatal to customers who
need 7x24 operation.

The original i960C CPU platform is already installed as the load
balancer of choice in many Fortune 500 companies and major Internet
Server Providers worldwide. With the introduction of the H-Platform,
RADWARE is offering the original i960 at a reduced price starting at
$7,340 for the Web Server Director Pro (WSD-Pro). H-Platform products
are available now with prices starting at $15,280.
