Mac Savvy NetWare Client 5.12 for Mac OS Now Available for Online Purchase!

Enables Mac OS Chooser access to NetWare 3.x, NetWare 4.x and NetWare 5 Servers

Pleasanton, CA - January 25, 1999 - Prosoft Engineering has
simplified the NetWare Client 5.12 for Mac OS, enabling Macintosh
users to browse and mount Novell NetWare volumes and select NetWare
print queues, from within the familiar Mac OS Chooser. The NetWare
Client 5.12 is the first major update to the MacIPX client in more
than two and a-half years! The new client is now available at
http://www.prosofteng.com/store.htm.

User demand has prompted the "Early Adapters Electronic Software
Download" enabling users to purchase the new NetWare Client 5.12
online and download the software immediately! The actual CD-ROM will
be available in late February. Those who purchase the client online
before February 28, 1999 may elect to receive a free CD-ROM when
available.

Volume discounts and select educational discounts are available from
the online store, which currently only accepts credit card payments.
Prosoft Engineering will soon accept purchase orders and offer a toll
free Customer Order Center for phone and fax orders, including
international orders. More information about educational licensing
programs, purchase orders and options for current Novell license
customers can be found at http://www.prosofteng.com/store.htm.

The new NetWare Client 5.12 is Mac OS 8.5 ready, and works with the
iMac and other Apple Macintosh G3 computers.

Mac OS Chooser Access - Mount NetWare volumes the "Mac" way

"Mac Like" Installer - Installs over previous versions

NDS and Bindery Emulation Login - Access NetWare 3.x and NetWare 4.x servers

Proper Volume/File Size Reporting - Accurate volume info allows for
better management

Alias Support - Mount frequently used volumes, folders or files at startup!

NetWare 5 Connectivity - File and print services to IPX enabled
NetWare 5 servers
