Mactell Ships 18, 22 and 25 GB FirePower FireDrives and Drops Line Prices

July 6, 1999, Austin, Texas / Mactell Corporation (OTC Bulletin

both realigning its prices for their FirePowerTM FireDrive HDDTM, the
company's line of FireWireTM compliant external hard drives, as well
as shipping several additional models, including 10.8, 13.5, 18.0,
22.0, and 25.0 GB capacity drives.

First to ship FireWire external hard drives, Mactell is now the first
to begin shipping the second wave of higher capacity external
FireWire drives. The new FireDrives utilize a high speed, highly
stable IBM 7200 RPM drive in combination with all the benefits of
FireWire technology to create an easy to use, rock solid storage
solution.

The company remains committed to maintaining its lead in providing
the best price/performance for their expanding line of FireWire
