Bear River Associates offers Internet plumbing services

Oakland, CA August 13, 1998: Bear River Associates announced today that it
now offers "internet plumbing" services, including Java, JavaBean, DHTML,
HTML, CGI development services, as well as electronic commerce and
database-web integration services. "There are lots of companies who do
excellent work on the visible portion of web sites, but for a web site to
go, someone has to set up all the 'behind-the-scenes' plumbing" said
Anthony Meadow, President and founder of Bear River Associates.

Bear River was responsible for implementing BMW's Cyberdrive web site for
Fallon-McElligott, BMW-USA's advertising agency. This web site was a
showcase for Apple multimedia content. Fallon was very happy with the
results. Colin Schaub from Fallon-McElligott said "Bear River stepped in to
help during a time of short deadlines and tight resources. Bear River
provided us with clear insight, direct thinking and project management
which was simply unbelievable. The scope of their input also went far
beyond the project at hand Bear River was professional, personal and
friendly enough to lend a hand in other areas too, such as production
process flow and Q.A."

Bear River Associates offers software development services for Internet
related projects in addition the desktop development services (Macintosh
and Windows) offered since 1985. An overview of these services is available
