"We've been using InHouse for years. Today, we handle multiple publications
including MacTech and NetProfessional magazines. InHouse takes the hassle
out of the massive tracking, accounting, and other issues related to
magazine publishing. And, the reports can tell you more about your
publication than you ever knew. A definite 'thumbs up' for InHouse." -Neil
Ticktin, CEO of Xplain Corporation, Publisher of MacTech Magazine,
Publisher of NetProfessional Magazine.

"InHouse has been our entire circulation department from day one. We have
been very satisfied not only with InHouse but also with the technical
support we have received from Sapphire Systems right along. On many
occasions InHouse designer Daryl Popkes has worked long hours with us,
resolving various problems imposed upon us by changes in postal sorting
standards, equipment breakdowns, etc., and one way or another, for six
years now, we have always managed to get the paper out on time." -Merritt
Clifton, Editor, ANIMAL PEOPLE

"We've been using Sapphire System's InHouse subscription management
software for over 3 years, supporting over 50,000 active subscribers. The
only problems we've ever experienced were self-inflicted and Sapphire
Systems has been there to bail us out. They have great patience and the
ability to communicate with the computer illiterate in our organization. I
would highly recommend InHouse subscription management software for its
reliability, flexibility and ease of use." -George Cratcha, Circulation
Manager, FUNNY TIMES

"While the Bulletin has been using InHouse successfully since 1996, I've
only recently taken over as Circulation Manager. As you might expect, I had
a lot to learn about InHouse in a very short time. Sapphire Systems'
technical support has been excellent in helping me understand the system
and has always been there for me when needed." -Elizabeth Burns,
Circulation Manager, THE BULLETIN OF THE ATOMIS SCIENTISTS

"InHouse was the smartest investment we made when starting our publication.
I knew very little about circulation management, but the program taught me.
Finding InHouse was like having our own subscription department. It gave me
an education as well as providing what we needed." -Britt Leach, Co-editor
and Publisher, COUNTRY CONNECTIONS

"The InHouse fulfillment program manages our subscription records with
speed and accuracy. It was easy to learn and converting our records from
our old program was accomplished with ease." -Maryellen Oswald, Circulation
Manager, WIDESCREEN REVIEW MAGAZINE

purchased and utilized. We have used it for 8 years and have often

anywhere, and it allows us to conduct all related operations smoothly."
