[NPL] Funnel Web 2.0.1

Active Concepts today released version 2.0.1 of Funnel Web and Funnel Web
Professional.

Both versions are now available online and by popular demand we have also
made a full demo version of Funnel Web Professional available. Version
2.0.1 has several improvements over version 2.0, most notably a 5-10% speed
boost and Error charting on the main diagnostic graphs. We have also made
minor interface changes and general improvements as detailed below.

This release also marks the initial release of Funnel Web 2.0 for Windows
95/98 and NT and boosts the ame feature set as the Macintosh and support
for NT services.

* Fixed initialization of "Use Hosts" feature which should be dimmed if
Multiple Domains option is off
* Improved timeout on FTP transfers to 40 seconds on slow connections
* Added new page extensions to default list
* Various code optimizations for a 5-10% speed boost
* Fixed blank spaces at the end of each table row in some reports
* Added the ability to cancel processing during graph creation
* Added new Error charting on main reports (Red line) and changed the
colour of the moving average to Yellow
* Mapped Return key to all error dialogs for users using OKey Dokey
* Fixed post processing events trigger in automatic scheduling
* Fixed inconsistant enabling and disabling in Post Process Archiving
selections
* Fixed drag hiliting on main palette after opening dialogs
* Fixed a few isolated memory leaks in the core routines
* Fixed resolution of client IP numbers logged using port information

* Fixed problems with Japanese language format (special thanks to Kevin Furuta)
* Fixed inconsistant GUI selections when selecting some Client report options
* Removed Target=_top in the summary link of each page
* Fixed browser by OS charting routines in 2D format and minor calculation
errors
* Added new date/time specifications for log rolling and scheduling features
* Added progress dialog while sending email messages
* Fixed multi domain reporting on some setups
