NATURAL INTELLIGENCE LAUNCHES e-BUSINESS ANALYSIS SERVICE

NetReady Analysis Provides Professional Technology Evaluation for
e-Business Solutions

July 28, 1998. Cambridge, Massachusetts. Natural Intelligence today
announced the availability of its 'NetReady Analysis,' a new service to
accommodate businesses that want to take advantage of the burgeoning
e-Business opportunities offered by the web.

The NetReady Analysis helps executives understand and evaluate the
potential of doing business on the web for their own company. The analysis
process will result in a professional profile of existing
systemsQaddressing security, compatibility and scalability. This
information will enable businesses to make informed, accurate estimates of
the costs of making their business net-ready.

The service was developed in response to inquiries by small to mid-sized
clients who are responding to the barrage of figures released daily on the
advantages of web access to business data. President and CEO Joshua Wachs
noted: "We are seeing an exponential growth of interest on the part of IT
executives as they read the dramatic numbers published daily on
e-Business."

"A recent IDC report said that $8 billion worth of business was transacted
on the Internet in 1997, and estimated that that number will grow to $333
billion by 2002. A report by ActivMedia Research said electronic commerce
will exceed $1.2 trillion by 2002. The current estimate for daily business
is $205,479,452.00. Clearly, there is no longer any question about the
advantages of doing business on the web. The only question is ...how do I
get there?"

But Wachs added that many people are still wary of the costs, the
disruption of business during changes, and security issues. "The Natural
Intelligence NetReady Analysis gives executives customized decision
information to get them beyond the challenges. If they want their share of
that big e-Business pie, we can help them get there."
