NetObjects Announces NetObjects Matrix and NetObjects Fusion MX to be
Bundled with HP Digital Imaging Products

Redwood City, Calif., July 30, 2001- NetObjects (NASDAQ: NETO)
today announced that its Web site building products, NetObjects Matrix
and NetObjects Fusion MX, will be bundled with two Hewlett-Packard
Company (NYSE:HWP) digital imaging products, to be distributed
worldwide.

Customers who purchase the HP Scanjet 5470c and 5490c color
scanners through HP, HP resellers and channel partners worldwide will
have access to a choice of leading small business Web site building
solutions, NetObjects Fusion MX and NetObjects Matrix. The deal brings
NetObjects solutions to both Mac and Windows users. 

NetObjects Fusion MX allows Windows users to build an online
presence and subscribe to Web Services that can help them grow and
manage their business. Any customer with an Internet connection
regardless of their operating system can select NetObjects Matrix,
where they can build a professional quality Web site online in
minutes, complete with e-commerce capabilities.
