New upgrade integrates automatic backup
software with additional online destinations

Aliso Viejo, CA -- April 8, 2008 -- Mac users can now send photos and store
other digital media to multiple locations, including Flickr and .Mac iDisk,
with the latest version of LifeAgent (v2.2) from Memeo Inc., the leader in
digital media management services for the home and small business.

LifeAgent is an automatic backup tool for Mac users that protects both
valuable and sentimental files by storing them to multiple places,
including a folder on any networked set of computers, an external hard
drive, a removable storage device or a server on the Internet. With the new
upgrade, LifeAgent seamlessly integrates with Flickr and iDisk, freeing
individuals from time-intensive manual file transfers in order to keep
their data safe. After installing the software and creating a customized
backup plan, LifeAgent automatically saves new photos or documents to
user-selected destinations. Additionally, anytime individuals edit a file,
LifeAgent updates it accordingly.

"People consume, create and share a variety of electronic media, and are in
need of a simple solution to protect their digital assets across multiple
locations," said Hong Bui, CEO and co-founder of Memeo. "With the newest
release of LifeAgent, we are giving Mac users a richer feature set,
allowing them to backup their data to many destinations simultaneously,
with minimal effort."

The latest release of LifeAgent also includes new restore features,
enabling individuals to restore groups of related documents to a previous
version based on when they were last backed up. This enhances the user
experience by allowing consumers to choose the desired moment in time to
return to, by selecting from a list of prior backup snapshots.

LifeAgent v2.2 is available immediately for $29.95 exclusively from Memeo's
Web site at www.memeo.com/lifeagent.htm. For more information on Memeo and
