Subject: New VOODOO plug-in for CodeWarrior Pro 5

Hagenberg, AUSTRIA, July-29-1999, UNI SOFTWARE PLUS GmbH announced
the availability of an new plug-in (v 1.1) that ensures compatibility
between VOODOO 1.8.1 and CodeWarrior Pro 5.

CodeWarrior Pro 5 includes version 4.0 of the IDE that features a new
version control API. Unfortunately, this new VCS API is not fully
backward compatible and therefore does not work with the VODOOO
plug-in v 1.0.3, which is distributed as part of VOODOO 1.8.1.

The new plug-in (v 1.1) solves this problem and is compatible with
CodeWarrior Pro 4 AND Pro 5.

Note: There is no update necessary for VOODOO Server. The current
version of VOODOO Server is already compatible with CodeWarrior Pro 4
and Pro 5.

VOODOO (Versions Of Outdated Documents Organized Orthogonally) and
VOODOO Server are robust and easy-to-use version control tools for
Mac OS.

VOODOO is a stand-alone version control tool, with a neat graphical
user interface. It can be smoothly integrated with Metrowerks
CodeWarrior, BBEdit and the Alpha text editor. VOODOO is the the
recommended tool for single developers and small groups as well as
for everyone in need for a stand-alone version control system.

VOODOO Server is a client/server version control tool for software
developers using Metrowerks CodeWarrior under Mac OS. VOODOO Server
and the corresponding CodeWarrior plug-in provide reliable version
control functionality without adding the administrative overhead that
usually accompanies version control. VOODOO Server is the recommended
tool for everyone (from the single programmers up to large teams) who
is in need for easy-to-use and robust version control system fully
integrated with Metrowerks CodeWarrior.

Both tools use delta storage for storing different versions, which
can yield savings of about 95% (up to 99%). It is not restricted to
text files but also handles files of arbitrary type (desktop
publishing documents, databases, libraries, applications, etc.)
