Natural Intelligence Announces Spin Off of Roaster Product Division.

January 6, 1997. Natural Intelligence, Inc. today issued the first of
several new year announcements which reveal the new directions projected by
this energetic technology company. The company will spin off its Roaster
Products Division to "Roaster Technologies," a newly formed company
specializing in Java Development Tools.

For Natural Intelligence, this announcement officially begins the
celebration of the company's upcoming 10 Year Anniversary, and is the first
step of the 'New Year Resolutions' which will articulate the company's
business strategies.

"This is an exciting transition for all of us," said Joshua Wachs,
President and CEO of Natural Intelligence. "This new arrangement liberates
each company to continue to evolve and maintain its 'natural' focus. All of
the Natural Intelligence energy will now be focused on our Consulting and
Training Divisions, which continue to define our success in the technology
industry."

John Dhabolt, President and CEO of the new company was equally
enthusiastic: "This division enables all of us to construct distinct,
appropriately targeted business models which can directly serve the
different needs of both companies. These changes will exponentially
encourage the growth of each entity." Dhabolt also noted that "support for
current and future owners of Roaster will absolutely continue without
missing a beat. Roaster Release 3 projections are in no way changed by this
re-structuring."

Randy Holloran, Director of Business Development, applauded this direction.
"When you see the announcements coming from us in the very near future, you
will quickly appreciate some of the results of these changes, and see how
dramatically Natural Intelligence has expanded its horizons."

Perhaps the most enthusiastic endorsement came from John Magee, Director of
Consulting Services. Noting that the agenda and direction of Natural
Intelligence was logically and historically database consulting, and
development of custom Internet and Intranet applications, Magee added that
"consulting is the basis for our considerable reputation in this industry.
These changes make us even stronger, as will our strategic new hiring
plans. We will continue to share ideas with Roaster Technologies, but will
also be free to pursue our own interests in a highly directed fashion."
