Natural Intelligence, Inc. Announces Sale of QuickCode Pro to
Automated Solutions Group

Cambridge, Massachusetts. February 1, 1999: Natural Intelligence,
Inc. today announced the sale of QuickCode Pro, its popular assistant
editor for 4th DIMENSION, to Automated Solutions Group. This sale
reflects Natural Intelligence's continued expansion of its core
consulting business-custom internet and intranet web development.

Automated Solutions Group, suppliers of a variety of 4th DIMENSION
development tools and plug-in's, will continue to develop and support
QuickCode Pro, a product which is an integral part of their 4D
consulting services.

QuickCode Pro is the Assistant Editor for 4th Dimension. This
product dramatically enhances the 4th Dimension method-editing
environment with the addition of a robust new feature set, which
simplifies and accelerates method writing. QuickCode Pro gives total
control via user-definable keyboard equivalents ("hot keys") for
nearly every new function added to your editor window. Coding in 4th
Dimension has never been this easy.

Joshua Wachs, President/CEO of Natural Intelligence, expressed his
confidence that Automated Solutions Group would continue to satisfy
