[MD1] Free Advice for Entering French Market

For Immediate Release:-

Groupe Mirande offers free advice to developers who want to break into the
French market.

France - 9th December 1997 - Groupe Mirande the French based consultancy
company is offering a period of free advice for developers who want to sell
their products into the French market.

"The French market has always been difficult to break into and to get
results", says Paul Lambert of Groupe Mirande. He continues "the vast
cultural and the always present language differences have proved the down
fall for a number of companies who wanted to promote their products in
France". "With Groupe Mirande's experience we hope to point out the main
stumbling blocks for companies, so they can reap the rewards from this
exciting market"

In 1996 the French PC market was worth around 6,000 million US$, and is
expected to reach 8,000 million US$ in 1999, with the Internet and related
sectors accounting for much of that growth. The French as a nation
historically have taken to new technology much easier than the British or
Germans, thus producing an informed, intelligent market-place.

Paul Lambert also says of the free offer "we decided to offer some free
advice to developers as so many products are not brought into the French
market because of perceived problems, but with the inside knowledge Groupe
Mirande are able to offer, things should move along much easier."

Groupe Mirande was formed in 1995 by Paul Lambert to professionally
represent hardware and software companies seeking a commercial presence in
Europe. With extensive experience of the European computer market, Groupe
Mirande has developed a varied client list which demonstrates their
uniqueness and professionalism.

Originally conceived in the UK, Groupe Mirande are now based in France, at
the heart of mainland Europe. Within easy reach of such exciting markets as
Germany, UK and Spain, Groupe Mirande prides itself in providing the kind
of representation you would expect from your own employees working
remotely, as part of a larger team.

Groupe Mirande offer other services which range from acting as a local
representative for your company in Europe, providing local telephone, fax
and Internet services, to building and managing a European-wide sales and
