Steve Wilmes Consulting, Inc. announces the release of Big Board, a web
based forum for Mac based web servers running Lasso 2.5 and FileMaker Pro
4.

Minneapolis, MN, USA--March 2, 1998
Steve Wilmes Consulting, Inc. today announces the release of Big Board,
their Web based forum software. "People are looking for good forum
software. An active forum keeps a website fresh and keeps people coming
back. We looked at and tested the forum software out there and were very
dissatisfied with very little made to run on a Macintosh Web server. In
building Big Board we took the best of the feature sets we have seen and
combined them into our product. Using the power of a FileMaker Pro backend,
and Lasso 2.5, our goal was to build a great feature set and a smooth
interface while still keeping the speed up," says Steve Wilmes, President
of Steve Wilmes Consulting, Inc.

Big Board features include:
- Threaded messages that can go 10 levels deep.
- View the thread you're in and the message you're on while reading messages.
- Post text or HTML messages
- Auto Email responses to messages.
- Easy to use, framed based interface.
- Profile finds new messages when you log in and remembers your name,
email, and other settings.
- To list views by thread or messages.
- Full search archive of old messages.
- Easy to administer and customize.
- Complete online help.
